Terms of Service

  1. All visitors using this service must be 18 years old or over. 
  2. Readings - Healings & Guidance Sessions for those under 18 are available with parent or guardian consent.
  3. By booking a service with Kira Maire and using this site you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and legal disclaimer.
  4. By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials.
  5. Bookings are not confirmed by Kira Marie until payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email.
  6. Online readings are conducted via video conference using Zoom.
  7. Either parties may terminate or discontinue the reading at any time.
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your zoom is in working order.
  9. All readings run for maximum of 60 minutes.
  10. All readings are strictly confidential, no information will be shared.
    During a group reading you agree to share information with all those present.


Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

There are no refunds for:

  • readings, healings or coaching sessions that have been completed.
  • no show or late arrivals
  • If you are unsatisfied with your reading


Cancellations for private readings, healing or coaching sessions online or in person are subject to:

  • a refund of the total fee minus a $50 administration fee will be given if cancellation is given with more than 48 hours’ notice.
  • 50% of the total fee refunded within 48 hours
  • no refund if cancellation is within 24hrs of the booking


Reschedule for private readings, healings or coaching sessions online or in person are subject to:

  • minimum 48hrs notice prior to your booking
  • no rescheduling available if under 48hrs
  • limit of 2 reschedules available per person,
  • third time classed as cancellation and the above applies

All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free Standard Delivery Australia-wide on orders over $110.
  • For orders less than $110 we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling.
  • Express Delivery - $15.00 Australia-wide

DELIVERY TIMES

We're a small business and we will do our very best to make sure your orders are on their way to you as soon as we possibly can!

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days or custom quote tee's & illustrations will be dispatched 7-21 business days (unless notified).

Express parcels are estimated to arrive in 1-2 days for metro areas, and 2-3 days for most regional areas. * Standard parcels are estimated to arrive in 2-6 days for metro areas, and 5-8 days for most regional areas. * Once dispatched.

*Shipping times may be longer due to circumstances outside our control.

**Please note during busy periods dispatch may take a day or two longer depending on volumes.


INTERNATIONAL - NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY CHARGES

For New Zealand orders we charge a flat rate of $15 for postage and handling.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days or custom quote tee's & illustrations will be dispatched 7-14 days (unless notified). Parcels are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days for metro areas, and 5-10 days for most regional areas.*

INTERNATIONAL - REST OF WORLD DELIVERY CHARGES - UK, US, CA Etc

For all other International orders, we charge a flat rate of $20 for postage and handling.

*International orders we will aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days or custom quote tee's & illustrations will be dispatched 7-14 days (unless notified).

STANDARD DELIVERY All of our priority delivery orders are sent via Australia Post and are usually received within 14- 30 days for Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and for regional areas there may be some delays.

*Average delivery times. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

Please note: For International customers we do our best to avoid customs duties & taxes, however upon entry you may be charged based on your local sales taxes or import duties. If you are concerned you can contact your local customs office. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional customs, duties or taxes applicable in your country upon entry.

All delivery times are indicative only via Australia Post & are just a guideline. We will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible however there could be & are sometimes circumstances out of Kira Marie's control that delays your order, we will endeavour to do what we can in these situations.
