Kira Marie – Session & Container Policies
Commitment to the Work
All sessions and multi-session containers are offered as a commitment to a process of healing, growth, and transformation. When a client books a container or series of sessions, they are reserving dedicated time, energy, and space within Kira’s schedule.
Payment & Booking Policy
Full payment or an agreed payment plan is required to secure your session or container.
Once payment has been made, your space within the container is reserved exclusively for you.
Refund Policy
Due to the energetic preparation, time allocation, and nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
If a client chooses not to continue after beginning a container, the remaining sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed time period but are not refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session may be considered used.
Kira also reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary due to health, energy alignment, or unforeseen circumstances.
Container Integrity
Multi-session containers are offered as a complete journey rather than individual sessions purchased separately.
By entering a container, clients agree to participate in the process and understand that transformation often involves emotional shifts, new awareness, and periods of integration.
Recorded Sessions / Community Calls
Some group calls or community sessions may be recorded for educational purposes within the membership or container.
Participants will always be informed, and if someone prefers not to appear in a recording they may choose to keep their camera off or request that their portion be removed.
Responsibility
Kira Marie’s work is designed to support personal growth and spiritual development. It is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
The Expansion Portal Membership
By joining The Expansion Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and integrity within this community space.
1. Membership Overview
The Expansion Portal is a subscription-based membership that provides access to spiritual teachings, activations, meditations, and community discussions facilitated by Kira Marie.
Membership may include:
Recorded activations and meditations
Live group calls or Q&A sessions
Community discussion space
Access to the Expansion Portal vault of past teachings and recordings
Content and offerings may evolve over time as the community grows.
2. Subscription & Payment
Membership is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments until you cancel your membership.
If a payment fails, access to the membership may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
3. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already made.
Access to the portal will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access to digital content, activations, and teachings inside The Expansion Portal, all membership payments are non-refundable.
By joining, members acknowledge they are purchasing access to a digital learning and spiritual development environment.
5. Community Guidelines
The Expansion Portal is intended to be a supportive, respectful, and safe space.
Members agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect
Maintain confidentiality of personal experiences shared within the community
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
Kira Marie reserves the right to remove members from the community if these guidelines are not respected.
6. Recorded Sessions
Some live sessions, activations, or Q&A calls may be recorded and shared within the membership for educational purposes.
Members who prefer not to appear in recordings may choose to keep their camera off or request their portion to be removed where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Expansion Portal — including activations, recordings, teachings, and materials — remains the intellectual property of Kira Marie.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell this content without written permission.
8. Personal Responsibility
The teachings, activations, and guidance offered within The Expansion Portal are intended for spiritual growth and personal development.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, and actions.
9. Changes to Membership
Kira Marie reserves the right to update, modify, or evolve the structure and content of the membership at any time in order to best serve the community.
Members will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.
10. Agreement
By joining The Expansion Portal, members acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Retreat Terms & Conditions
Kira Marie Retreat Experiences

By booking a retreat with Kira Marie, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Retreat Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.
Your space is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Due to the limited number of places available, bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment Plans & Final Payment
If paying via a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed by the agreed final payment date.
Failure to complete payments may result in the forfeiture of your place on the retreat.
3. Cancellation Policy
Due to upfront costs involved in securing accommodation, venues, and retreat services, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your place, payments already made are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant with approval from Kira Marie.
This policy protects the integrity and financial commitments required to host the retreat.
4. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own:
Flights
Travel documentation
Visas (if applicable)
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, illness, or travel disruptions.
Kira Marie is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or external travel circumstances.
5. Accommodation & Retreat Inclusions
Each retreat will clearly outline what is included in the retreat price. This may include:
Accommodation
Selected meals
Workshops or healing sessions
Group activities
Flights, personal spending, and certain meals may not be included unless otherwise stated.
6. Personal Responsibility & Health
Retreat participants take full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the retreat.
The retreat experience includes personal growth, spiritual practices, and emotional exploration which may be intense at times.
Participants agree that they are responsible for their own choices and wellbeing throughout the retreat.
Kira Marie's work is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
7. Behaviour & Community Respect
Retreats are designed to be safe, respectful spaces for all participants.
Any behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
8. Changes to the Retreat
While every effort will be made to deliver the retreat as described, Kira Marie reserves the right to adjust schedules, facilitators, or activities where necessary.
These changes will always be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the retreat experience.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
Participants who prefer not to appear in images or recordings may notify Kira Marie in advance.
10. Agreement
By booking and attending a retreat with Kira Marie, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
