My day retreats are created for women who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a day reconnecting with their heart, their body, their truth and the woman within.
These are intimate, nurturing spaces of healing, reflection, sisterhood and remembrance.

This will be a gentle, sacred and deeply nurturing day held in sisterhood. Together we will move through reflection, healing, connection and remembrance.

This is not about forcing anything. It is a day to soften, reconnect and return to yourself.

But as the week unfolds, the noise begins to quiet. You have space to hear yourself again.
To notice what is no longer aligned and to recognise the patterns, responsibilities and old versions of yourself you are ready to release.
